You know, today I was going to write about the steps to developing a successful sales process strategy for small business.
There are really only three. But instead I felt inspired to focus on the BIG one that most people don’t have the courage or understanding to face.
That BIG first step is to get over the fear that keeps you from initiating contact with new prospects and existing clients.
If you aren’t connecting with at least one new prospect a day, you are destined to have poor revenue results.
If you aren’t calling existing clients to ensure they are doing well with the last service or product you sold them, your relationship is going down the tubes quickly.
If you aren’t consistently marketing to your top prospects and ALL of your existing clients monthly, you will not be a welcome voice on the phone the next time you call.
My best suggestion is to forget about learning something new. Instead, get into sales action today or suffer the consequences of low to no sales tomorrow.
