Germs Happen

Here's something I just learned that completely grossed me out.

There are millions of germs floating around your bathroom. Flushing toilets, cat litter, bath tub rings -- all kinds of germy stuff happens in there constantly. Airflow spreads the germs all over the bathroom.

Here's the worst part. Your toothbrush is a magnet. That's right, if you're toothbrush is in the medicine cabinet or on the counter top in your bathroom it is crawling with germs.

Want to see how germs spread in a bathroom? Take a look at www.germshappen.com

It's a cool interactive site that shows you where the germ/toothbrush risk factors are hidden.

Sonicare sent me a UV Sanitizer to try out and Bzz about if I liked it. I used it, I like it. I feel better about my toothbrush now.

Check it out. The Sonicare UV Sanitizer is available at Target, Walmart, Amazon and Costco.

If you're going to buy one email me and I'll send the first 5-people who send me a message a $5.00 off coupon.

If you're not going to buy one, just remember, germs happen -- EVERYWHERE!

The Most Powerful Motivator in the Universe

The single most powerful motivator in the Universe is simply to realize that you are not infinite.

As a human being, you are finite. You have a certain amount of time to create value and offer it to the world.

What would you do if you knew that you only have 336-months left to live?

The fact is, at my current age, if I lived as long as my Dad, Mom and Grandparents I’d have about 336 months left on Earth.

WOW, was that a wake up call. Here’s how I got to that figure.

I took the age of my Dad, Mom, Grandmother, and Grandfather at the time of their death and added them up.

Then I divided by four to get an average.

That gave me a life expectancy average age of 85-years old. I know, it’s not truly scientific, but it is close enough for the purpose outlined here.

I subtracted my current age of 57, multiplied by 12 (for 12-months), and arrived 336 months.

A harsh truth but reality nonetheless.

Give it a try. You’ll never look at your life the same way again.

Change Will Frighten You

There is one thing that is constant in life. No matter what, things will change. In today’s world, change is epidemic. Everyone is constantly looking for more, better, quicker, easier. Change has become the norm.

The problem is, when you change, you start over. Starting over can be so frightening that it sometimes seems easier to remain unhappy in a rut.

If you were on a mission to change the world, what would you do?

Create a value that helps other people get what they want to launch your personal mission into the world.

Offer that value to them consistently. If you don’t you are letting people who need you down. You are simply not doing your part.

Continue to help once new clients engage you for the first time. Keep influencing the lives of people you can best serve.

Live in fulfillment. Experience happiness every day. Be the best you can be in your chosen endeavor and help others with a passion.

Or you can stagnate and wish that things were different than they are today. That’s the beauty of life, the choice is always yours.

How to succeed in business

First step is to create the value that makes a difference in the lives of others that they are eager and willing to pay for.

After creating the value, here are the steps that will allow you to build wealth in your venture

1. Target an audience that has desire to be filled that your value satisfies.

2. Create tactics that build awareness and attract those people to you. Your value must be compelling in understood in 3-seconds or less – helping people realize they’d be a fool to pass up this opportunity.

3. Use the consistent tactics you are willing to do every day to attract those people to you.

Next you sell them your value – meaning you convert attraction into revenue by helping your future client see that what you’re offering has value to them now and in the future.

Once you have a client, keep serving them. See what they need and offer it to them all the time.

This allows the client to continue to take advantage of the value you offer and at the same time allows you to continue building the relationship, which builds revenue.

Then ask every client you work with who they know that wants to experience the same value.

A VERY Radical Idea

This is why small business is so important?

It forces people to move from stagnation to self-growth, which inspires self reliance

With self-reliance comes personal responsibility and accountability, which leads to self-actualization

A society that is self-actualized is self-lead. There is no need for external leaders or regulations

Without regulations a free market economy can emerge and new innovations develop quickly to add value to everyone’s life at lower prices.

When you have a business of your own, you plant the seeds of independence and become a self-leader; reliant only on your personal ingenuity and drive.

When your business succeeds, you are the living demonstration the people can live successfully their own terms, creating balance, satisfaction and profit with freedom.

Thank you for being so brave and making such a huge difference in the evolution of life as we know it.

The 3 steps to being happy in business

1. Realize the miracle of life you are right now and use that strength to build your future from your present

2. Develop your talents and passions into a business enterprise the feeds your soul and makes your heart sing with happiness everyday

3. Follow a focused sales process everyday to stay on track and build success – taking you from where you are to where you want to be.

The definition an Entrepreneur

An Entrepreneur is a person who has to work hard to make a value so good for society that people want to pay for it or he or she goes out of business and stands to lose everything.

As an Entrepreneur, you confront the real world of competitive pressures, create a value and sell it successfully or not get paid.

Creating a Conscious Personal Brand

There are basic questions that all of us have to answer if we are to live a happy and fulfilling life in business.

If you take the greatest thinking available and distill it down to its most basic elements there are really just a few questions to consider.

The 4-basic questions to answer that will help you create a conscious personal brand are:

1. What are you all about as a human being?

2. Who are you in business?

3. What is the one thing must you accomplish in business and life to find deep fulfillment?

4. What value can you offer to enhance the life of someone else?

If you don’t have an answer to these four questions, you are and probably having a hard time of it.

To reverse the trend, look deep inside.

When people ask you what about what you do for a living, do you relate a job title or company name? If so, your work probably feels more like drudgery than happiness.

Tell them about your personal mission instead.

All it takes is admitting where your deepest passions truly lie. Then all you have to do is create a product or service that adds value to the lives of other people.

From there, passion kicks into high gear and you will want to tell the world.
